Soul Food-Pluto Enters Aquarius Saturday! RADICAL CHANGE is on the Way…

We are about to experience history transforming once again as Pluto enters Aquarius. Sixteen years ago, on January 25th, 2008, Pluto entered Capricorn for the first time. As you remember, 2008 began the financial crisis; the housing market crashed, and the bottom fell out of almost everything as we knew it.

Pluto’s stay in Capricorn has lasted roughly sixteen years, with a few dips here and there, testing its pinky in the waters of Aquarius. Over the last sixteen years, the leading organizations in our lives- big government, big media, big pharma, big tech, big business, etc.- have undergone radical, profound changes.

That’s what Pluto does; it transforms you! Whether you like it or not, get ready for it; it has the power to change. Change you, change the country, change your beliefs. Transformation is a strange bedfellows; invited in or not, you will be transformed. Whether you’re screaming, fighting, and clawing along the way, transformation will and does happen.

It takes Pluto 248 years to orbit the Sun, meaning its transit of a single Zodiac sign can take over a decade or two, depending on how many retrogrades occur during those years.

With Pluto moving into democratically minded Aquarius, a lot of the overreach of power accumulated during the Pluto and Capricorn era could start to see pushback from ordinary people, and we can expect this trend to accelerate over the upcoming years.

“The last time Pluto journeyed through Aquarius, between 1777 and 1798, the world’s balance of power massively shifted. These two decades saw the American Revolution, the French Revolution, and the beginning of the Industrial Revolution. The monarchy was toppled in France, showing that even the world’s most powerful institutions can crumble in the face of Pluto’s wrecking ball.

The Age of Enlightenment also reached a crescendo at this time. Aquarian ideals of reason, rationality, and humanity’s power to steer its destiny fueled this epoch and laid the groundwork for democratic institutions and human rights.” Chani Nicholas

Political astrology is not my Forte. However, I know that Aquarius represents radical, sudden, abrupt changes and progress against tyranny. Pluto tasted the Aquarian waters from March 23 to June 11, 2023. It will once again move into Aquarius this Saturday, January 20th, from 7:50 pm/EST & 4:50 pm/PST until September 1st, 2024. Where it will, for the last time, retrograde back into Capricorn until November 19th, 2024 (for the last time) and then enter Aquarius again for the next 20 years until 2044.

Aquarius rules technology, so we can expect the digital realm to be used in ever more tyrannical ways to control us overall; Pluto and Aquarius represent a chance for ordinary people to stand up and take back control over encroachments by government and technology. Over the next two decades, people will rise against oppression to usher in a more egalitarian, democratic, idealistic society that is of the people and for the people, as this country was founded on that premise back in 1776.
