OK, I’m going to give it to you straight! I have a lot to say, (I know, no surprise there), with little time & space to say it. So, I’m going to cut to the chase: The “C” Word
CHANGE!
There is no getting around it, like it or not. The times they are a changin’ (Bob Dylan). Astrologers have an advantage on understanding the Covid-19 virus, we learn from planetary alignments, and history, proven time and time again to support the planetary indications of the planetary placements, personalities, and how they all fall into the mix in this vast Universe of ours. The plethora of unexpected events not only moved us out of our comfort zones but catapulted us into another world, unfamiliar, strange, dark, cold, foreboding and hidden. Wow, if that doesn’t describe some of these big planetary hitters, I don’t know what does!
Pluto, God of the Underworld, power, control, secrets, & transformation. Jupiter, “truth seeker” is in Capricorn, a place it doesn’t like to be. Imagine it like this, Pluto is the pressure cooker, and Jupiter is the “truth” and Pluto is boiling up deep inside, but Jupiter wants to let the truth out so damn bad, that the lid is about to get blown sky high for the truth to be set free. In the meantime, Saturn, is patient trying to give us the lesson of “just sit back, be patient, reflect on where you’ve been, and what lessons do you need to learn?” He cannot understand why we are in such a hurry!
These players in the game (Pluto, Jupiter, & Saturn) are all in Capricorn & all Retrograde. Thank God, Mercury just went direct, on July 12th. That whole experience & the Lunar Eclipse both in my sign of Cancer was a nightmare for me! Did I learn a lot? Damn straight I did, because I also study Metaphysics, and I know I am responsible for my life, besides the fact that I don’t want to come back another thousand more lifetimes!
What we need to recognize is CHANGE is the only constant there is. We must then allow for what circumstances are standing in the way of moving forward. Reflect on what has happened, what IS happening, what we’d like to see happen, then wait for the right moment, (guidance, inspiration, intuition) then move fearlessly forward. Think of it this way: You’re sitting at the railroad tracks, and a l-o-o-o-o-o-n-g train is coming. You have to wait for the train to pass, going over the tracks too soon, before you’re ready is likely to place you in the place you’re trying to avoid in the first place. That would be the pearly gates, where you’re just going to have to come back and try it all over again, because you didn’t learn the lessons that last few hundred lifetimes.
Now, the good news, Yes, there is a light at the end of the tunnel. We have a New Moon coming up, the second New Moon in Cancer, on Monday, July 20th 28* Cancer, 10:32am/PDT & 1:32pm/EDT. Dream big, write out your New Moon wish list, let a silvery candle, or sea green, do your New Moon Abundance Check, & use crystals. Here is just a small list of crystals associated with the sign of Cancer & the Moon: Rhodonite, Red Jasper, Selenite, Black Tourmaline, Carnelian. Let your intuition guide here, I prefer Moonstone & Chrysoprase. Also, this new moon in not part of the trio of eclipses we just went through, more reason to rejoice!
This new moon will be occurring in the 4th house which is the house of home, family, the past, your roots and foundation. If you’re feeling a bit teary-eyed and emotional during this time, let it flow, no need to worry, you’re just cleansing. As Louise would say, “Everything is working out for the highest good of all parties concerned. I am safe and All is Well.”
