Soul Food-New Moon Solar Eclipse/Be Open to Love & Money & the Ride of your Life
There has been a lot going on in the past week or so for me. I’ve just now found the time to write a quick blog. Today, Saturday, April 30th at 1:28pm/PDT 4:28pm/EDT at 10 degrees Taurus we have a New Moon partial Solar Eclipse. This represents new beginnings that will be affecting us at a deeper soul level and lasting well up to October 25th, 2022.
With this Taurus new moon, we will be looking at where we place our values, related to love and money. What do we value, what brings us beauty, and what do we need to let go of? This is a fascinating subject for me, as I’ve been thinking a lot about becoming a semi-minimalist. LOL, me being a Cancer, who loves to hold onto things with those pincer Crab claws of mine becoming a minimalist? LOL again.
However, this is something I will write about in Monday’s Soul Food column. Back to today’s new moon. This is actually quite a beautiful New Moon eclipse making an abundance of exquisite aspects:
- Sun/Moon conjuncting Uranus – a powerful aspect, woe is the person who attempts to force his/her will on you. Your rebel tendencies come out, you and Lou Reed will be taking “a walk on the wild side” and SUPRISE is the operative word here
- Sun/Moon sextiling Mars – the warrior energy of Mars is great for starting new projects, which require courage, and physicality i.e. sports, or a new exercise program. Anything you’ve been putting off now would be the time to get back to that.
- Mars sextiling Uranus – The urge to take risks now is prevalent, changes are headed your way and you’re not afraid to initiate them. Things could come to you fast & furious, out-of-the-blue. Did I mention passion, with Taurus in the mix and a Piscean Mars, heat it up baby?
- Venus conjunct Jupiter – The Goddess of Love and the Santa Claus of the Zodiac come together, love & money, socializing, dating, good fortune, take things in moderation though, Jupiter likes to expand everything it touches.
- Venus sextiling Pluto – this is where it gets deep, transformation, obsession, a whirlwind romance, does Scarlett & Rhett ring a bell? Love on a more spiritual level is also likely…
- Jupiter sextiles Pluto – It doesn’t get much more formidable than this, envision Al Capone meets Dolly Parton. Powerful forces meet-up behind the scenes, use this energy to reform something in your life, opportunities abound for you to do just that.
This New Moon Solar Eclipse is comparable to riding the Steel Vengeance at Cedar Point, Sandusky, Ohio. Fasten your seat belts and hold on. This eclipse will be anything but boring. Set the intent, energy follows intention. Remember the power of intention, you take one step toward your intention and divine providence rushes in to lead you to the next step. If you remember anything of what I wrote here today REMEMBER THAT! You are the Creator of your life, whether it’s The Good, The Bad, or The Ugly, yep YOU created it all.
