There is a lot of planetary action going on today and as of late…the best way that I know how to protect myself from this and and other negative influences that try to come in is this: 
- during your meditation visualize a bubble of white light, think of it as the Divine White Light of Protection…imagine it encapsulating a shield around you
- once you’ve got that firmly visualized say “Only LOVE can permeate this shield of white light, only love can enter…I am divinely surrounded and divinely protected by the Divine White Light of Protection this day and night in every single thing that I think, say, see, feel, hear, and do!”
That should about do it!
