Tonight we have a New Moon at 3* Taurus, 7:26pm/PDT & 10:26pm/EDT. I’m calling this New Moon the Joker’s Wild. The moon in Taurus, an earth sign, asks us to connect and ground ourselves with Mother Earth, and today being Earth Day how fitting is that? On the flip side the Moon is conjunct Uranus, which is the Rebellion Agent of the Uranus, and when Uranus wants to get your attention, it will come out of nowhere, like a tornado, flip you upside down, throw you around, and leave you asking yourself WTF?
However, Uranus can also be the bearer of good news, like finding out you won the lottery out of nowhere, and when you least expect it, someone buried a pot of gold in your backyard, and you discovered it while weeding your garden, it just depends which side of the fence your consciousness is on?
At the same time this new moon is squaring Saturn (in Aquarius) which is the task master, the restrictor, the setting of limits. Saturn squaring this moon is warning us “you better follow the stern school master, follow the rules, or else.” I feel we all are experiencing both sides of the coin right now. Tired of being locked up, isolated, alone, and in a mandated quarantine. Our psyche is begging with Uranus hitting the Moon) let me out of here. I want to go running through the streets naked, I don’t care, I just want to be FREE!
My suggestion to you is go deep within and find out which part of this illusion you’re feeding into, and find the balance that works for you between restriction and freedom. I do highly suggest connecting with the Earth in some way, unfortunately here in Cleveland, it’s been cold, and it’s snowed a few times this month. Use your creative energies and connect to Mother Earth, somehow, somewhere, at sometime today or this evening.
