I hope everyone had a bountiful blessing-filled Thanksgiving. Me? I am grateful for all of you but I am glad Thanksgiving is over, we serve Thanksgiving where I work (cooking for the homeless & the Veterans) BOTH Wednesday & Thanksgiving Thursday. I cooked and served close to 750+ dinners with the works, and I am thankful I have a couple days off to recoup before I do it all over again for Christmas Eve & Christmas!
Now let’s get down to business. What separates us from the people who are actually living their dreams and those of us who are still 
“dreaming about living the dream?” I’ll tell you what: DECISION! Yea, that’s right, (among a few other things) but DECISION is when you make that commitment to actually “do what it takes” and let nothing stand in your way until your goal is accomplished! It doesn’t matter if it’s a career thing, or a weight thing, or a relationship thing, or buying a home, or taking that dream vacation. What DOES matter is making that commitment and DECIDING above all else that this is the thing you desire (I mean like Gorilla desire), big-time and you won’t stop at anything until you reach your goal.
It was like that for me when I made the “DECISION” to move to California. I made the decision and from there on forward did everything under my power to make sure it happened. Yea, I left when the economy hit rock bottom, (Dec. 2007) and traveled during the worst ice storms to hit the Midwest, and didn’t have a job or a place to live, (a few things I might’ve changed) but the bottom line is I DID IT! Against all odds, I had a vision, a dream, and I was tenacious as a pit bull with a steak!
So often, we pretend we’ve made a decision, when what we’ve really done is signed up to try until it gets too uncomfortable. (You Are a Bad Ass). I could go on and on here and list you a ton of famous people who won out against unbelievable odds, (i.e. Henry Ford, Michael Jordan, Thomas Edison, & the list goes on) but I think you get the picture. So that’s it, you’ve got 30 days left until New Years, so start NOW and DECIDE what it is that you REALLY want and DECIDE to have it!
