It’s that time again, new moon tonight, partial solar eclipse (seen only in southeastern Australia) 10:48pm EDT/1:49am PDT. OK, here’s the lowdown:
- New Moon 26* Cancer/Opposing Pluto
- Mars still Retrograde in Aquarius
- Grand Trine – Venus/Virgo to Saturn/Capricorn/ to Uranus/Taurus
- Jupiter went Direct in Scorpio yesterday
Now I’m going to spell it out for you in laymen’s terms. We haven’t had a Cancer partial solar eclipse since 2011. Cancer rules home, family, tradition, sensitivity, nurturing our self and others, along with our attachments to the past. With this New Moon opposing Pluto we’re talking DEEP issues here, (also with Jupiter being in the Plutonian sign of Scorpio) say bye-bye to things from the past that have outworn themselves. Wounds dealing with family issues will come rising out of the grave, and unless you want a SURPRISE visit from The Boogey Man prepare yourself.
It’s not all skeletons and bones, although they will fall out of the closet no matter how hard you try to keep that door shut. Scorpios probably have a hidden door buried behind some property that even they don’t know about. While the light is being shown on those dark shadows, this is an opportune time to have some healing and transformation in our lives with all this death and rebirth surfacing.
The Grand Earth Trine is lending us it’s stability, sure and steady wins the race, remember the Tortoise and the Hare. Change is definitely
in the works, like I said last blog, you can run but you can’t hide, try as you may. The good news; this trine is bringing some great energy surrounding social/business relationships, and security/financial matters.
Cancer is the Mother of the Zodiac, like the United States being a Cancer nation (July 4th birthday), we should think seriously about caring for others in the spirit of love, as a mother protects her children. It’s a time to build bridges instead of walls. We are all connected, like or not, and the sooner everyone realizes that the sooner peace and harmony will prevail.
