- Pay No Mind to the Past! That’s right, it’s called the Past for a reason, and anything you need to remember is tucked away in your subconscious somewhere. Don’t worry it’ll be there when you need to access it. But the Past is only dragging you down, like a ton of bricks. Do the Zen thing “Beginner’s Mind”, start with a clean canvas and paint it anyway your little ol’ heart desires.
