Soul Food ~ Update Life, Death & Everything In Between
No, I didn’t leave the country or take a sabbatical, but a sabbatical sounds nice. Like most of you, I’m just trying to navigate the stream of Life, & sometimes everything falls by the wayside. My apologies for not keeping in touch…I have made some new promises to myself: (not necessarily in order)
- My spiritual life must come first & foremost (no matter how many things I have on my plate)
- Write at least once a week, if not more
- Realize somewhere someone has it harder than you (even though there is NO degree of miracles or pain)
NEVER, EVER, go to bed without a hug & a kiss! (even if it’s your lone male betta)- LOVE comes first regardless!~ LOVE comes first regardless! ~ LOVE comes first regardless!
- Take time to smile & say Hello to everyone you pass on the street, the graocey store or where the “F” ever.
- No problem, sorrow, relationship, career, health, finances are too big for GOD. TURN it over & Let the “F” GO!!!
- Say I’m sorry, I love you, I forgive you, & You’ve GOT This, to SOMEONE every day: even if it’s YOU!
For those of you who haven’t heard (I don’t post much since Rosie days, June of 2023) & only on my business Facebook page.
It is with a heavy heart that I lost my firstborn daughter, & Rosie lost her mother this past summer. We’re still navigating the broken Children’s Services system, & all its corruption, so I’ve been a little out of commission. Keep us in your prayers, & all of you are in mine.
More Soul Food in the future, by the way; so much astrological stuff is going on, I’ve missed it all. However, Mercury is Retrograde, Venus is Retrograde, we just had a Full Moon last night, & God is all there is…
